Add useful storage and protection without crowding the van.
Upper storage has a cost
Our upper cabinet adds useful capacity without consuming the lower cabinet. In your layout, balance that storage against headroom, visual openness, access, and the weight carried high in the van.
Protect the working wall
A backsplash helps around the sink and cooking area. Choose a surface that is easy to clean, suitable for water and any nearby heat, and carefully sealed where it meets the counter. Recessed storage, like our later spice rack, can use dead space without narrowing the walkway.
